These terms apply when you make a booking with Puddy Muddles Playgroup.

Bookings and information

You must provide accurate booking and attendee information and promptly tell Puddy Muddles Playgroup about relevant changes. A booking is subject to availability, any activity-specific requirements and confirmation of payment where payment is required.

Authority and participation

The person booking a child must have authority to make the booking and consent to participation. Children and accompanying adults must follow reasonable safety and conduct instructions given by authorised staff.

Health, care and safeguarding

Relevant medical, allergy, medication, dietary, access and emergency information must be kept current. If adequate information or support cannot be provided, participation may need to be changed, postponed or refused to protect the child or others.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

The cancellation, transfer and refund conditions presented with the activity or booking confirmation apply. Puddy Muddles Playgroup may change or cancel an activity where reasonably necessary, including for safety, staffing, venue or weather reasons, and will communicate the available options.

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Participants remain responsible for following instructions and for personal belongings brought to an activity.
